General Qualification Requirements:


  • 4-year degree course of Accounting, Accounting Management, Finance Management or related majors.

Experience & Training

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in bookkeeping.
  • Processing of government mandatory reportorial
  • Knowledgeable in QuickBooks.
  • Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
  • Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
  • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
  • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles

Knowledge, Skills & Attitude

  • A team player.
  • Can work with minimal supervision.
  • Good customer service orientation and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and property management systems.
  • Command of the English language both written and verbal
