Banquet Service Supervisor

General Qualification Requirements:

Experience and Training:

  • With at least 3 years experience as Banquet Service Supervisor in a deluxe hotel or fine dining restaurant
  • Knowledgeable in various types of table settings and procedures


  • Graduate of any 4-year course preferably on Hotel and Restaurant Management from a reputable college or university

Knowledge, Skills and Attitude:

  • Male
  • Has the ability to maintain good communication with staff and guests
  • Has the ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Has the ability to decide on minor to major details in a given event
  • Must have effective interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
  • With excellent listening & communication skills; possesses above average fluency in English
  • Sufficient arm strength and coordination to carry plates of food, glasses and bottles and serves from large serving trays, if needed
  • Fluency in another foreign language is an advantage
  • With pleasant disposition; eager to serve and courteous
  • Self-starter, productive and organized
  • Professional, poised, confident and can work under pressure
  • Gives premium importance to excellent customer service
