Marketing Manager for Vivere Hotel

General Qualification Requirements:

Education

Vivere Hotel & Resorts is looking for a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for the  day-to-day execution and implementation of hotel & restaurant Marketing and  advertising activities.  

The ideal candidate must have experience in managing the company’s marketing  initiatives and using market research and analysis to direct marketing strategy and  planning for the hotel and restaurant. 

Key Duties & Responsibilities 

Plans and executes yearly marketing media plan and digital marketing strategy  for the upcoming year. 

Develops and maintains relationships and communicates with key personnel in  the operations to create solid marketing plans. 

Drives strategy and plans and executes marketing initiatives for new and  ongoing projects. 

Manages brand promotions to drive sales. 

Develops and executes customer acquisition and retention marketing programs,  web based, database, and direct to consumer marketing. 

Coordinates with key department heads to use sales forecasting and strategic  planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, or services,  analyzing business developments, and monitoring market trends. 

Manages all digital marketing initiatives. Should be highly skilled in Digital  Marketing – not limited to Google Analytics, Facebook Business, Google ADs,  basic SEO  

Manages the company website and do regular reputation management  Coordinates with suppliers, graphic designers, etc. for hotel and restaurant  needs. 

Executes all printing collateral and audio visual presentation of Room & Banquet  Sales. 

Coordinates with the following: 

Print media for ad placements/press releases 

Web programmer for regular updates for websites (promos, careers,  testimonials, photo album, etc.

Bloggers, media partners for events and hotel exposure 

Outside media who want to use the hotel as a venue for photo shoot,  video shoot, etc. 

Suppliers for all hotel collaterals 

Hotel and restaurant forms 

Composition of press release and write-ups for hotel to be given to media. Mass printing of departmental needs. 

Overall photography and hotel & restaurant amenities for marketing collateral. Conceptualization and production of collateral needed by other RFGC  Companies.

Performs related work as may be assigned from time to time by Management. 

 

Experience & Training

General Qualification Requirements 

  1. Should have at least 3 years work experience in advertising, multimedia arts or any  media related industry (preferably hospitality) 
  2. Must be between 28 and 35 years old. 

Education:  

  1. Graduate of a 4-year course preferably on Bachelor of Communication Arts major in  Advertising, Multimedia Arts or any communications course from a reputable college or  university.

  5. Thinks clearly and quickly, maintain concentration and make concise decisions in  pressure situations 
  6. Very organized and can prioritize 
  7. Attention to detail 

Skills 

Knowledgeable in using the following tools/platforms: 

– Photoshop, Illustrator, light room and Premiere (a plus) 

– Google Analytics, Google Business, Google Ad words 

– Facebook Pixel 

– Instagram Insights 

– Wix or equivalent 

– Basic coding knowledge a plus
