Job Title: Night Auditor

As a Night Auditor, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the financial integrity of our hotel and providing accurate and timely reports.

Your Responsibilities:

• Night Audit: Perform the nightly audit process, including verifying and balancing guest accounts, reconciling revenue, and generating financial reports.
• Data Accuracy: Ensure the accuracy of all financial data, identify and correct any discrepancies, and maintain meticulous records.
• Reporting: Prepare and distribute daily, Audit report for front desk, reservation and sales
• Communication: Maintain clear and concise communication with the front desk, accounting, and other departments regarding any issues or concerns.

Qualifications:

• Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in a night audit or accounting role within the hospitality industry is highly desirable.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent numerical and analytical skills, computer literate, and effective communication skills.
• Certifications: Certifications in accounting or hospitality management are a plus.
