Your Role:

What You Bring:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in credit and collections, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of credit risk assessment, collection strategies, and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in accounting software, financial reporting, and collection tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to manage client relationships effectively.
