Your Role

What You Bring
- Degree, diploma, or certification in Culinary Arts or a related field is an advantage.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant culinary experience in a hotel, resort, fine dining, or upscale restaurant environment.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen operations.
- Experience managing a specific kitchen section such as hot kitchen, cold kitchen, pastry, or banquet operations.
- Solid understanding of food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and HACCP principles.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
- Ability to perform efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
