A detail-oriented and analytical Cost Controller to join our Finance team. You’ll play a vital part in monitoring costs, analyzing variances, and ensuring resources are utilized efficiently—all while upholding our commitment to excellence. Your Role:
- Take Ownership: Oversee daily cost control operations, including monitoring food, beverage, and operational expenses.
- Lead with Heart: Collaborate with Purchasing, Accounting, and Operations teams to ensure cost-effective procurement and usage.
- Ignite Innovation: Recommend process improvements and cost-saving strategies without compromising quality and service.
- Value Integrity: Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and industry standards.
- Endeavor Excellence: Prepare accurate cost reports, analyze variances, and provide insights to support management decisions.
What You Bring:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in cost control, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, cost accounting, and internal control procedures.
- Proficiency in accounting systems, MS Excel, and reporting tools.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills for cross-department collaboration.
