Director of Marketing
We are is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Director of Marketing to lead our marketing and branding efforts. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive revenue growth and enhance brand reputation.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the overall business objectives of Vivere Hotel & Resorts.
Lead the marketing team in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
Manage the marketing budget and ensure that resources are allocated effectively to achieve maximum ROI.
Oversee the development and maintenance of the brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and touchpoints.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, operations, and revenue management, to ensure a seamless guest experience and maximize revenue potential.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including media, influencers, and industry partners.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive revenue growth and enhance brand reputation.
Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and the Philippine market.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and software.
