We’re looking for a hardworking and skilled Engineering Staff to join our Engineering team. As part of our operations, you’ll help maintain and repair hotel facilities, ensuring that every guest enjoys a seamless and comfortable stay.
Your Role:
- Take Ownership: Carry out preventive maintenance and repair tasks on hotel facilities, equipment, and systems.
- Lead with Heart: Respond promptly and professionally to guest concerns and internal maintenance requests.
- Ignite Innovation: Recommend solutions and improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Value Integrity: Ensure compliance with safety standards, engineering codes, and environmental regulations.
- Endeavor Excellence: Assist in monitoring utilities, conducting inspections, and keeping accurate records of engineering operations.
What You Bring:
- A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related Engineering field.
- Licensed Engineer (PRC) is required or strongly preferred.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in facilities management, building maintenance, or hospitality engineering.
- Strong technical knowledge in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems.
- Ability to work well under pressure, troubleshoot effectively, and deliver timely solutions.
- Team player with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
