We are looking for a friendly, attentive, and service-focused Guest Service Officer to create exceptional guest experiences from the moment they arrive. If you love helping people, solving problems with grace, and making guests feel truly at home, this role is perfect for you.

Your Role:

  • Take Ownership: Handle reservations and guest inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.

What You Bring:

  • A degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.

  • Experience in front office or customer service is an advantage.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Familiarity with PMS/booking systems is a plus.

  • A positive attitude, polished appearance, and a passion for guest satisfaction.

  • Ability to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
