A degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
Experience in front office or customer service is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with PMS/booking systems is a plus.
A positive attitude, polished appearance, and a passion for guest satisfaction.
Ability to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
