We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and results-driven Housekeeping Manager to oversee and elevate the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation. In this role, you will lead a passionate housekeeping team, ensure operational excellence, and help create a welcoming environment where every guest feels valued and at home.
Your Role:
- Take Ownership: Manage all housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces consistently meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Lead with Heart: Inspire, mentor, and support housekeeping team members to foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and exceptional service.
- Ignite Innovation: Develop and implement efficient housekeeping procedures and quality improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and guest satisfaction.
- Value Integrity: Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and company standards while maintaining responsible inventory and cost control practices.
- Endeavor Excellence: Conduct regular inspections, resolve guest concerns promptly, and maintain outstanding housekeeping performance across all areas of the property.
What You Bring:
- Female candidate preferred.
- A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
- At least 5 years of housekeeping experience, with 2+ years in a managerial role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning standards, and safety procedures.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage inventories, schedules, and departmental budgets effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in housekeeping management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
