Your Role:
- Take Ownership: Lead all HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.

What You Bring:
- A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, with 2+ years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, HR best practices, and employee engagement strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience in hospitality or service-oriented industries is a plus.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to lead and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in HR systems, data analysis, and reporting.
