Your Role:

Take Ownership: Handle daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and benefits administration.

What You Bring:

• A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of HR experience in recruitment, employee relations, or generalist functions.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
