We are looking for a Kitchen Technician who ensures that all kitchen equipment and systems operate safely and efficiently. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining high service standards by keeping the heart of our culinary operations in top shape. If you’re a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in precision and reliability, we’d love to have you on our team.

Your Role:

• Take Ownership: Conduct regular inspection, maintenance, and repair of kitchen equipment and appliances to ensure peak performance.
• Lead with Heart: Collaborate with the Culinary and Engineering teams to resolve equipment issues promptly, minimizing downtime.
• Ignite Innovation: Recommend improvements and preventive measures to extend equipment lifespan and optimize energy use.
• Value Integrity: Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
• Endeavor Excellence: Support daily operations by ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

What You Bring:

• A Technical/Vocational diploma or degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Refrigeration Technology (TESDA certification is an advantage).

• Preferably 1–2 years of experience as a Kitchen or Maintenance Technician in the hospitality or food service industry.

• Knowledge in electrical systems, plumbing, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment repair.

• Ability to read technical manuals and troubleshoot effectively.

• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive work attitude.

• Willingness to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
