A passionate and people-focused Learning & Development Officer to champion learning initiatives that develop talent, strengthen capabilities, and foster a culture of continuous improvement at Vivere Hotel and Resorts. Your Role:

• Take Ownership: Plan, coordinate, and facilitate onboarding programs, new hire orientation, and learning initiatives that equip team members for success from day one.
• Lead with Heart: Foster a culture of continuous learning by supporting team members, leaders, and departments in achieving their development goals.
• Ignite Innovation: Design and implement engaging training programs, identify learning opportunities, and recommend innovative development solutions that enhance individual and organizational performance.
• Value Integrity: Ensure compliance with mandatory, statutory, and departmental training requirements while maintaining accurate training records and documentation.
• Endeavor Excellence: Evaluate training effectiveness, conduct training needs analysis, manage the annual training calendar, and support leadership development and succession planning initiatives.

What You Bring:

• A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Organizational Development, or a related HR function.
• Experience facilitating training programs, employee onboarding, and learning initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of training needs analysis, learning evaluation methods, and adult learning principles.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training programs and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage.
• Experience in the hospitality or service industry is highly preferred.
