A dedicated and hands-on Outlet & Banquet Officer-in-Charge (OIC) to oversee the daily operations of our dining outlets and banquet functions at Vivere Hotel and Resorts. Your Role:
- Take Ownership: Oversee the daily operations of restaurant outlets and banquet events, ensuring smooth execution, operational readiness, and exceptional guest service.
- Lead with Heart: Supervise and motivate team members by providing guidance, coaching, and support while fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
- Ignite Innovation: Recommend practical improvements to service procedures and operational workflows that enhance efficiency and elevate the guest experience.
- Value Integrity: Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, company policies, and service standards while maintaining professionalism and operational discipline.
- Endeavor Excellence: Monitor service quality, resolve guest concerns promptly, coordinate with Kitchen, Sales, and other departments, and ensure every outlet operation and banquet function is executed to the highest standards.
What You Bring:
- A degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Tourism, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, with experience in a supervisory, team leader, or Officer-in-Charge role preferred.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, banquet service, and hospitality standards.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent guest service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and special events.
