We’re seeking a dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurse to join our team at Vivere Hotel and Resorts. A crucial part in safeguarding the health of our team members and guests while fostering a supportive environment where safety, wellness, and care are a top priority.
Your Role:
- Take Ownership: Oversee day-to-day health services, first aid response, and wellness programs for team members and guests.
- Lead with a Heart: Provide immediate care and accurate health assessments in a calm, caring, and professional manner.
- Ignite Innovation: Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols, including DOH guidelines and company policies.
- Value Integrity: Lead health education efforts and recommend wellness programs that support the physical and mental well-being of the team.
- Endeavor Excellence: Coordinate with HR and relevant departments for medical clearances, health reporting, and workplace safety.
What You Bring:
- A valid license as a Registered Nurse in the Philippines.
- At least 1-2 years of clinical or occupational health nursing experience (hospitality or corporate setting is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of first aid, basic life support (BLS), and emergency response procedures.
- Familiarity with DOH regulations and workplace health standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A calm and dependable presence, especially in emergency situations.
- Proficiency in medical documentation and reporting tools.
