Your Role:
- Take Ownership: Accurately manage room reservations, inquiries, and booking requests through phone, email, and online platforms.
- Lead with Heart: Provide personalized assistance and create a welcoming experience from the first point of contact.
- Ignite Innovation: Suggest value-adding options, promotions, or upgrades to enhance guest experiences and maximize revenue.
- Value Integrity: Ensure all guest information, rates, and booking details are handled with confidentiality and accuracy.
- Endeavor Excellence: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room availability, pricing, packages, and hotel services to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
What You Bring:
- A degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
- Previous experience in reservations, front office, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in reservation systems and MS Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
- A calm, confident demeanor and a genuine desire to serve.
