We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Reservation Manager to lead our reservations team and optimize room sales. In this role, you will ensure efficient booking operations, maximize revenue opportunities, and deliver a smooth, professional experience for every guest from the very first interaction.

Your Role:

  • Take Ownership: Oversee all reservation operations, ensuring accuracy in bookings, inventory management, and rate application across all channels.
  • Lead with Heart: Guide and support the reservations team in delivering warm, responsive, and guest-focused service at every touchpoint.
  • Ignite Innovation: Develop strategies to maximize occupancy, optimize room revenue, and improve booking processes across direct and third-party channels.
  • Value Integrity: Ensure all reservation practices comply with company policies, rate structures, and data accuracy standards.
  • Endeavor Excellence: Monitor performance metrics, minimize booking errors, and enhance overall guest satisfaction through efficient reservation management.

What You Bring:

  • A degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in reservations or front office operations, with supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of reservation systems (PMS), channel management, and online booking platforms.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of revenue management principles and occupancy strategies.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
