We are seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Event Sales Executive to lead our event sales efforts. You’ll manage high-profile events, build strong client relationships, and deliver tailored solutions that turn visions into reality. Your Role:
- Take Ownership: Manage the end-to-end sales process for corporate events, weddings, and social functions with precision and accountability.
- Lead with Heart: Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with clients, ensuring seamless planning and execution.
- Ignite Innovation: Craft creative proposals and customized event packages to exceed client expectations.
- Value Integrity: Ensure transparent communication, fair negotiations, and compliance with hotel policies.

What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 3–5 years of proven sales experience in events, hospitality, or MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions).
- Strong network and knowledge of event sales, catering, and banquet operations.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and client management skills.
- Ability to multitask, handle deadlines, and work with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for delivering personalized service and guest satisfaction.
