We are looking for a skilled and reliable Shift Engineer to ensure that all building systems, equipment, and facilities operate safely and efficiently in support of world-class guest experiences. If you have strong technical expertise and a passion for problem-solving, this role is for you
Your Role:
- Take Ownership: Oversee daily engineering operations during your shift, ensuring all equipment and systems function effectively.
- Lead with Heart: Respond promptly to maintenance requests, assisting team members and guests with professionalism and care.
- Ignite Innovation: Identify opportunities to improve system performance and recommend energy-efficient solutions.
- Value Integrity: Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards at all times.
- Endeavor Excellence: Conduct inspections, preventive maintenance, and timely repairs to avoid disruptions in hotel operations.
What You Bring:
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (licensed Mechanical Engineer is highly preferred).
- Valid engineering license or certification is an advantage.
- At least 2–3 years of engineering/maintenance experience, preferably in hospitality or facilities management.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
