Your Role:

  • Take Ownership: Design, implement, and evaluate training programs that support team development and align with operational goals.
  • Lead with Heart: Inspire a culture of continuous learning by mentoring team members and fostering a supportive learning environment.
  • Ignite Innovation: Identify training gaps and recommend creative solutions to enhance team effectiveness and guest service delivery.
  • Value Integrity: Ensure all training practices are aligned with company values, ethical standards, and industry regulations.
  • Endeavor Excellence: Track training effectiveness through feedback, performance metrics, and coaching to ensure consistent improvement and impact.

What You Bring:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in training, learning & development, or related HR functions.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills.
  • Experience in the hospitality or service industry is a strong advantage.
  • A passion for empowering others and building strong learning cultures.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems, e-learning platforms, and modern training methodologies.
