We are seeking an Event Sales Manager to lead event sales initiatives at Vivere Hotel and Resorts. In this role, you will drive revenue growth by securing corporate events, social gatherings, and special occasions while delivering exceptional client experiences from inquiry to execution. Your Role:
- Take Ownership: Lead the end-to-end event sales process, from prospecting and client presentations to contract negotiation and event coordination.
- Lead with Heart: Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless and personalized event experiences.
- Ignite Innovation: Develop creative event packages, sales strategies, and promotional initiatives to increase bookings and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Value Integrity: Ensure transparent communication, accurate contracts, and compliance with company policies and service standards.
- Endeavor Excellence: Consistently achieve sales targets, maintain high client satisfaction, and deliver successful events that strengthen the Vivere brand.
What You Bring:
- A degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in event sales, banquet sales, or hospitality sales, with leadership experience preferred.
- Strong background in corporate events, weddings, and social functions.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and client management skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Operations, Banquet, Kitchen, and Marketing teams.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and event management tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
