Your Responsibilities:

  • Planning: Strategically allocate resources, schedule shifts, and optimize cleaning routines to ensure maximum efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Leading & Supervising: Motivate, inspire, and mentor a team of dedicated housekeepers, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Controlling: Implement rigorous quality control measures, conduct thorough inspections, and proactively address any issues to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Communication: Foster open and transparent communication with your team, fellow departments, and guests, ensuring seamless coordination and addressing any concerns promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience in housekeeping or hospitality, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; meticulous attention to detail; knowledge of cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
  • Certifications: Certifications in housekeeping or hospitality management are a plus.
