We’re looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team. In this role, you’ll ensure that every guest enjoys a spotless, comfortable, and welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to excellence.
Your Role:
- Take Ownership: Supervise daily housekeeping operations, ensuring rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Lead with Heart: Motivate, guide, and support housekeeping team members to deliver exceptional service with care.
- Ignite Innovation: Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency, guest satisfaction, and team productivity.
- Value Integrity: Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards in line with company policies and industry best practices.
- Endeavor Excellence: Conduct regular inspections, monitor supplies, and coordinate with other departments to maintain seamless operations.
What You Bring:
- A degree or certificate in Hospitality Management or related field is an advantage.
- At least 2–3 years of housekeeping experience, with 1 year in a supervisory role (hospitality experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning equipment, and safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Ability to train, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
